What is the venue max capacity

How much parking is available?

Our venue is located in a business complex with ample open parking. There is plenty of parking available throughout the complex to accommodate you and your guests.

What is included in my rental?

Your rental includes Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and access to our prep area, which features a refrigerator and microwave. You’ll also have use of our AV System and a Smart TV, ideal for presentations, digital slideshows and more. Additional event items are available as add-ons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Additionally, we offer a secure payment link for credit card transactions.

How much is required to hold my date?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all rentals at the time of booking to hold your date. The deposit will be applied towards the rental cost.

When is the full event rental payment due?

The full event rental fee must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date.

What happens if I need to cancel my date?

The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to can cancel your booking, you can do so up until 10 days prior to your event and receive a refund for any amount paid beyond the 25% deposit. However, if the cancellation occurs within 10 days of the event, all paid funds become non-refundable. In such cases, you may reschedule for another available date and time.

Are Sweet 16 Parties allowed?

Yes, we do allow Sweet 16 parties as well as Quinceañeras. A minimum of two adults aged 21 or older must be present at all times.

If insurance is required, when will the policy be required?

Special event insurance may be required depending on the type of event. The coverage amount will vary based on the event type. If needed, we can recommend a provider. If applicable, proof of insurance must be submitted at least 3 days before the event.

What are the rules pertaining to alcohol

Alcohol must be served by an approved bartender. The bartender is required to have a valid TN ABC server permit and liquor liability insurance. Proof of permit and insurance must be provided 3 days prior to the event. Alcohol sales are not permitted at the venue. Additional details, if applicable will be discussed during the booking process.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking of any kind, including the use of vapes is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

What will I be responsible for cleaning up?

You are responsible for cleanup after your event, unless you opt for the add-on cleanup service. This includes removing all decorations, leftover food & beverages. Additionally, you will also need to gather and dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster.
